**How will you CONTRIBUTE and GROW?
**Financial Accounting is one of the service functions in the company's finance department. Working closely with our Business Support Center and the other finance teams, we prepare reporting on the Company's business processes.**:
**In the general ledger, we focus on the complex recognition and measurement issues as well as on reporting within the Group in accordance with international and German accounting standards. In addition, we are instrumental in building the**:
**next generation finance organization to optimize the company's digital business model by enabling better processes, sharing knowledge, and challenging the status quo.**:

- **Organization and management of the accounting team**:

- **Ensuring accounting in accordance with German and international (IFRS) standards**:

- **Responsibility for reporting within the global Group structure**:

- **Continuous monitoring, optimization and harmonization of systems as well as work and process flows**:

- **Compliance with legal requirements and internal Group guidelines**:

- **Organization and implementation of internal controls**:

- **Proactive communication with other finance teams and business units**:
**Are you a match?
- **Master / Bachelor Degree in Economics / Business Administration with focus on accounting and at least 5 years of experience in accounting and team management**:

- **Relevant work experience in all aspects of accounting (HGB and IFRS), bookkeeping, financial statement preparation and reporting for an international company**:

- **Experience in tax and corporate law as well as with the use of currency hedging transactions**:

- **Confident handling of SAP FICO and FI-AA. Experience in the modules PS, SD, MM an advantage**:

- **Business fluent German and English**:

- **Analytical and independent way of working as well as high motivation**:

- **Strong team orientation and working experience within transnational units**:
