Wir sind ein nachhaltig agierendes IT Systemhaus mit Hauptsitz in Dortmund, Standorten in Oberhausen, Hagen, Hannover und Herdecke sowie technischen Stützpunkten in Hamburg und München. Unser Ziel ist es bundesweit und im angrenzenden europäischen Ausland ökologisch und ökonomisch wertvolle Print
- und IT Konzepte im B2B - Bereich zu vermarkten.

Wir beliefern hierbei den Kleinunternehmer mit genauso viel Leidenschaft wie den Großkonzern mit sämtlichen gängigen Produkten und Services aus dem Print

Das erwartet dich

Deine Aufgaben als Working Student/ Werkstudent:in People & Culture sind:

- Übernahme von administrativen Aufgaben rund um die Mitarbeiterbetreuung, dem Recruiting sowie dem Schulungs
- und Weiterbildungsmanagement
- Unterstützung bei der Planung und Durchführung von Events bspw. unser Onboarding, Gesundheitstage oder verschiedene Mitarbeiterevents
- Eigenständige Übernahme von Projektaufgaben aus den verschiedenen People & Culture Bereichen
- Mitwirkung an interner und externer Kommunikation aus unserem Bereich
- Unterstützung im Hochschul
- und Schulmarketing
- Mitarbeit an der Weiterentwicklung unserer Benefits

- Starke, kommunikative Persönlichkeit
- Lösungsorientierte und selbständige Arbeitsweise
- Einsatzbereitschaft und Motivation an innovativen People & Culture Themen zu arbeiten
- Keine Scheu vor neuen Themenfeldern und deren Herausforderungen
- Das Interesse an einer Mitarbeit sollte sich über einen Zeitraum von mindestens 1-2 Jahren erstrecken
- Gute Kenntnisse in den MS Office Produkten
