**Introduction**

**Responsibilities**
- You are responsible for the continuous improvement of our ISO27001 based Information Security Management system and rollouts in various countries.
- You are one of the information Security Officers (ISO) for the OT
- You support on delivering and reporting on the status of all OT audit recommendations
- You assist with the development of control frameworks to meet business and regulatory requirements in Europe & APAC
- You conduct supplier security audits as well as internal security audits
- You support the specialist departments when it comes to OT security, and accompany corresponding projects.
- You improve our existing systems, among other things, by optimizing and automating work processes and governance models
- You are well networked through regular contact with security managers from our Group and representatives of official authorities in the industry

**Qualifications**
- A successfully completed degree in computer science/ business/ business informatics/ cyber security
- Analytical thinking skills paired with a high focus on results and services round off your profile
- You have gained experience in the security of critical infrastructures and have gained experience in implementing an ISMS (ISO27001). You are certified ISO27001 lead implementer and/or auditor
- You have gained experience in risk management, in particular managing cyber risks and developing risk management processes.
- You have experience in project management, working within Agile, PRINCE2 or PMI frameworks.
- You are passionate about IT security and have acquired good expertise in various areas in the past.
- When moderating and presenting, you feel comfortable and can inspire tech and non-tech audiences for topics
- Have extensive experience in presentation skills - getting the message across to stakeholders in a true effective way.
- Good experience in building new processes and also enhancing existing processes.
- Fluency in English is a must. Knowledge of German is a plus.
