The Proske Operations Team is the organizational core of our challenging event projects. Our organizational talents take on a wide range of operational tasks and thus contribute significantly to the success of the events. Your workplace can be in one of our offices in the **center of Rosenheim** or at the **Viktualienmarkt in Munich**, or you can work **flexibly from home**. Become part of the Proske team and revolutionize the event industry with us **THIS MAKES YOUR DAY AN EVENT**: - You are responsible for the successful completion of assigned customer projects by taking on your own complex projects and monitoring the team's tasks - Providing strategic advice at eye level on operational topics for internal project teams and customers is just as much a part of your job as guiding team members in terms of conception and strategy - Your day-to-day work also includes creating and monitoring detailed project plans, schedules and effective risk and change management - You are the eyes and ears of the team Act as a point of contact for the team and make decisions on personnel measures in close coordination with the Account Director **THESE SKILLS SET YOU APART**: - You have a university degree or training in hotel, event or project management, but we also welcome similar careers in the event sector - You have several years of practical experience in the planning, conception and implementation of (digital/hybrid/live) events as well as in leading a team - Your affinity for digital trends and new technologies in the event industry are part of your portfolio and are rounded off with your experience with virtual meeting platforms (e.g. Zoom, Teams, Click Meeting) - Business English and, ideally, other languages are part of your personal portfolio and make you a talented communicator - You love to travel internationally and take on new **THE BEST IS YET TO COME**: - Whether you're an early riser, late riser or sports break lover, we offer space for your own rhythm.
