**What you'll do**
- **
DevOps Support**:
- Assist in maintaining cloud-based infrastructure (AWS, Azure, GCP) and on-premise systems.
- Monitor and optimize performance, scalability, and security of production environments.
- ** Service Support**:
- Provide first-level support for incidents and requests related to IT infrastructure.
- Monitor and respond to system alerts and performance issues.
- ** Automation & Scripting**:
- Write scripts (e.g., Python, Bash) to automate routine tasks and improve operational efficiency.
- Assist in the development and implementation of tools for system monitoring and maintenance.
**What you bring**
- Student (f/m/d) at a university or a university of applied sciences
- Preferred fields of study: Computer Sciense or similar
- Computer skills: Python
- Language skills: fluent in English
- Soft skills: team player
- Others: (e.g., work experience)
