**Your Day to Day**
**As a Channel Leader you would be working on**
- Actively delivering a Go To Connect channel programm
- Mentoring and Coaching - You will be leading a team of Territory Channel Mangers developing their skill sets and coaching them to beat forecast whilst growing their careers in LogMeIn
- Supporting channel leadership across Europe / Middle East & Africa (EMEA)
**What We’re Looking For**
**As a Channel Leader, your background will look like**
- Market expert on Unified communications as a service (UCaaS).
- German skills
- Have a strong understanding of the telephony market and competitors.
- 5-7 years of experience in partner/channel programs in market.
- Experience in developing and executing channel programs.
- Bachelor’s degree is preferred
