**This is what you can do**:

- Develop and maintain sales performance and KPI reports for inter-departmental use, as well as for the management team;
- Develop comprehensive presentations and matrixes of Sales related reports;
- Participate and provide full administrative support during Sales campaigns;
- Maintain and support customer database, ensure all updates are made on timely manner;
- Provide other departmental support as per requirements;
- Prepare materials for conferences, sales campaigns and other occasions;
- Act as a liaison between Commercial team and rest of organization;

**You’ll bring this with you**:

- Bachelor or Master degree in Business Administration, Economics, Financial or other relevant field;
- 3+ years work experience in administrative field; aviation/ airline experience will be considered as a benefit;
- Attention to details and analytical skills, accuracy and ability to prioritize tasks;
- Experience with Salesforce will be considered as a benefit;
- Full proficiency English language, other languages will be a plus;
- Comprehensive level of computer literacy; full proficiency in Excel and Power Point;
- Positive attitude and ability to work in challenging environment and great team player skills
