**Your Day-to-day responsibilities**:

- Strategic Vision and Development: As a Product Owner, you are the strategic mind behind our online shops. You're in charge of creating and maintaining product roadmaps, ensuring the long-term development of our platforms, and introducing new, innovative ideas to continually strengthen our market position.
- Agile Project Management: Within your role, you will actively accompany the entire development process. As part of our agile team, you are directly involved in ensuring that our projects are realized efficiently and effectively from conception to launch.
- Solution-Oriented Analysis: You analyze market trends and challenges, developing precise solutions that are continuously refined and enhanced. Your evaluation and prioritization of technical requirements ensure clear directions in complex project environments.
- Quality Assurance and Customer Focus: You ensure a high level of product quality, coordinating quality assurance, releases, and their follow-up. With a constant focus on our customers, you collaborate closely with UX/CX teams to optimize customer experience and shop performance.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration and Consulting: You support our departments with your profound IT and product knowledge. Together with marketing, shop management, and other stakeholders, you develop new features and foster a spirit of innovation within the company.

**Preferrable Background**:

- A successful degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field, or an equivalent education with relevant work experience, preferably in e-commerce.
- Several years of professional experience as a Product Owner in an agile, customer-oriented environment.
- Interest and openness to new trends and technologies (e.g., AI, Low/NoCode) as well as excellent team and communication skills to unify different perspectives.
- Strong analytical skills and a systematic way of working, combined with creativity, a solution-oriented mindset, and attention to detail.
- Excellent team and communication skills in both German and English, verbally and in writing.
