**Support Specialist Global Product Marketing (f/m/d)**

Are you passionate about global marketing and enjoy providing high-quality support in a dynamic environment? Do you thrive on solving challenges, managing processes, and making a meaningful impact within a team? If this sounds like you, join our innovative Global Product Marketing team in Wound Care

**Responsibilities**:

- ** Administrative support** for the Global Product Management and Evidence Generation teams
- ** Managing** and **maintaining** **processes** like iLiss/ Codesoft, DAM Celum, Hybris PIM, PDM
- Supporting Post Marketing Surveillance (PMS) - Netigate
- ** Acting as Online Manager** for platforms such as e-Seller, Hartmann Direct, and hartmann.info
- Conducting **quarterly queries** and further **analyses** to support the team
- Internal communication tasks, such as **event organization**, **information management**, and **data provision**:

- Tender management support

**Qualifications**:

- Completed commercial education or a bachelor’s degree
- Ideally, experience as a Support Specialist in global marketing (with an IT focus)
- Proficient use of digital tools
- Structured and reliable way of working
- Ability to gather, exchange, and shape new improvements
- Strong service and support orientation, flexibility, resilience, and curiosity
- Solution

- Fluent in English and German
