Marketing & PR Strategy Intern (F/m/d)

We are on a mission to enable companies to store, move and grow data sustainably. Data may be the most versatile form to handle information, but in most companies, the data infrastructures are too generic and unequipped to flexibly adapt to specific workflows across the organization. This is inefficient and unsustainable due to the growing resource demand of data infrastructures. At UltiHash, we want to change this with a sustainable data infrastructure that connects data across architectures and increases the resource efficiency by up to 90%.

We've been working on this together since 2021, and invested months into the research of our groundbreaking technology. We're passionate about building a company with diverse and creative team members and are now looking for a Marketing & PR Strategy intern to join the team.

Tasks

Collaborate closely with the CEO to define and shape UltiHash's growth and communications strategy:

- Create engagement on our communications channels and match the content specifically to the target groups.
- Engage with the technical team, understand the value of our product and translate that into marketing content.
- Conduct market and competitive analyses to validate our business approach and identify new opportunities.
- Build marketing content to raise awareness (e.g., blog posts).
- Take entrepreneurial ownership, identify areas of business growth, pitch them to the team and lead the execution.

**Requirements**:

- An analytical mindset and the ability to think critically.
- An online marketing enthusiast with ideally well-developed digital design skills and aesthetics.
- Willingness to take responsibility and the ability to achieve goals collaboratively.
- Excited about analytics and making your decisions based on quantitative results.
- Fluent in English (verbal and written), German is a plus.
- 1 or more years of professional experience at a leading technology company, high-growth startup, management consultancy or in a similar fast-paced environment is a plus.
