The company employs more than 3,300 people and hosts a global distribution network. **Responsibilities**: - Continuously monitor financial KPI, evaluate risks, provide financial analysis and advise to the management team regarding efficiency, process improvements and cost savings - Prepare month end closing including analysis of production P/L and development of financial forecast - Prepare intercompany pricing and ensure adherence to transfer pricing guidelines and external standards and requirements - Responsible for accuracy of inventory valuations including flow of materials through the plant - Responsible for fixed assets including the capital appropriation process and asset valuations - Support annual financial planning process - Maintain proper internal controls according to company internal guidelines - Supports actively in the implementation of all changes in - Corporate standards and procedures **Qualifications**: - Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or Financial Accounting/Controlling - Ideally 2-3 years of professional experience in this field in a manufacturing environment - Professional-Level English written and spoken - HGB and IFRS accounting knowledge - Cost and investment controlling - Working knowledge of SAP and MS Office Some of your Benefits Cafeteria/ Canteen Company pension Flexible work models Employee discounts Sustainability & Social Commitment The Freudenberg Group is an equal opportunity employer that is committed to diversity and inclusion.
