**Your Mission**:
We are looking for a creative and motivated **Working Student in Video & Media Production (M/F/d)** to join our Marketing team. You will support Workpath’s brand, marketing and education content across video, audio, and visual channels — from editing videos and podcasts to creating animated assets and design materials. This is a great opportunity to learn hands-on in a fast-growing technology company while taking ownership of exciting creative projects and exploring new ways to tell our story visually and with the use of AI.

**What We Are Looking For**:
We don’t expect you to be an expert—what matters most is your curiosity, motivation, and willingness to learn. However, you’re a great fit if you have:

- Current **enrollment in a Bachelor’s or Master’s program** (e.g. Media, Marketing, Communication, Design, or similar)

- Experience with **video editing software** (e.g. Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Final Cut, or Motion)

- Interest and first experience in **animation, podcasting** (e.g. Riverside), and creative storytelling

- Basic **graphic design skills** (e.g. Figma, Adobe Illustrator, or Canva) are a strong plus

- First experiences with **AI tools for media production** (and/or distribution)

- Energetic mindset, ownership, and a desire to learn and grow

- **Excellent English** skills; **German is a plus**
