**Duties**:

- Serves as a reservation clerk in a large hotel assigned to various reservations and related clerical functions requiring use of on-line computer.
- Verifies all information is correct on reservation confirmation prior to mailing. Prepares a distinguished guest list for use by each affected department.

**Requirements**:
**Conditions of Employment**:

- Direct Deposit and Social Security Card is required.
- Meet qualification/eligibility/background requirements for this position.
- A one-year probationary period may be required.
- This position may require a health screening. Immunizations may be required as a condition of employment for the health and safety of those in the facility.
- Works in a well lighted air conditioned office area; not exposed to inclement weather conditions while working.

**Qualifications**:

- Work experience directly related to the duties described above in a service related industry. Basic computer skills. Ability to type 40 words per minute.

**Highly Preferred**
3 years of Front Desk (or similar) experience
2 years of Army Lodging experience

**PCS Costs**
- Payment Permanent Change of Station (PCS) costs are not authorized, based on a determination that a PCS move is not in the Government's interest.

**Pay-Band Allowances and Differentials**
- Sunday premium pay may be authorized by the Garrison Commander. **_If authorized, only regular (full-time, part-time, limited tenure and seasonal) employees may be paid Sunday premium pay._** Sunday premium may be paid at the rate of 25% of the basic rate for all hours of non-overtime, when any part of the scheduled tour of duty is performed on Sunday (to a maximum of 8 hours per Sunday). Sunday premium will be paid at the rate of 25% of the basic rate for all hours of non-overtime, when any part of the scheduled tour of duty is performed on Sunday (to a maximum of 8 hours per Sunday).
- Night differential may be authorized by the Garrison Commander. Night differential may be paid at the rate of 10% basic rate for hours of non-overtime work performed between 1800-0600.

**Incentives and Bonuses**
- Incentives will not be paid.

**Foreign Overseas Allowances**
- Allowances, differentials, or incentives will not be paid.
- Post allowance may be paid in accordance with the Department of States Standardized Regulations (DSSR), contingent upon eligibility.
