Digital Commerce plays a key role in Haleon across multiple Categories and Customers (with relative go-to market models), ePharmacies, Omnichannel Mass Market customers and Amazon. Your Role at Haleon - Forming and developing the digital commerce agenda for the DACH region, aligning with overall company objectives and revenue targets. - Reporting and hands-on execution of our digital commerce agenda across all levels of the organization including the Leadership Team. - Lead Dcom team (Digital Shelf and Lower Funnel Digital Marketing) to deliver the agreed short - and long-term objectives and through a continuous improvement mindset and capability plan, become thought leaders withing the Haleon Dcom environment. - Active collaboration with our Key Account Teams, supporting and advising in building and nurturing relationships with key clients, understanding their business needs, and providing strategic guidance on digital commerce solutions. - Collaborate closely with other cross-functional teams including sales, Media and marketing to drive integrated go-to-market strategies and deliver exceptional customer experiences. - Stay abreast of industry developments, emerging technologies, and best practices in digital commerce, and leverage insights to drive continuous innovation and improvement. Your Qualifications: - Significant experience in digital commerce, e-commerce and marketing within FMCG and/or Consumer Healthcare companies with a proven track record - Deep understanding of the DACH market landscape, consumer behavior, and regulatory environment. - Strong data and analytical skills, with the ability to translate insights into actionable strategies and initiatives - Hands-on mentality in combination with thought leadership and strategic thinking - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong partnerships with internal stakeholders at all levels. - Entrepreneurial mindset, with a passion for innovation, continuous improvement, agility and driving business impact.
