People & Culture Leader, Supply Chain Operations

As People & Culture Leader you will be responsible for bringing people and business together to create that little extra magic. You are a member of the Quality Management team and report to the People & Culture Manager for SCO. You work in a global environment and are the speaking partner for managers and co-workers placed in our different locations. You will be a member of the SCO People & Culture matrix to define a clear direction, lead the competence development agenda and create an overall alignment for Supply Chain Operations. Moreover you will actively contribute to the growth by working together with all businesses, matrices and support functions. We believe that you will:
Develop and take the lead in the people journey that IKEA is on to, together with managers and co-workers. The base of this journey are IKEA culture and values strengthened by that special can-do spirit

Your main assignments as P&C Leader are:

- Lead the People agenda and ensure that the People plan is ingrained as the everyday business and secure excellence in operation
- Act as strategic & tactical partner to Category Area Manager/Global Supply Operation Manager and the Category Area management/Supply Operation management team for all people related topics
- Work with leaders to contribute to performance, with focus on leadership and by securing the People & Culture processes
- Support the organisation in the translation of identified business needs into concrete competence needs and actions and secure competence for the future
- Work in close cooperation with the P&C colleagues in the different PLA sites and create together a great co-worker experience and success for IKEA.
- Focus on creating an environment and a spirit where we empower people, nourish creative and curious minds, learn from our mistakes, and always strive to find the best solutions with cost consciousness in focus

- Experience of HR & competence leadership tasks as well as working with problem analysis and solutions in large organisations
- Ability to coach, facilitate and transfer knowledge
- Strong and inspiring communication skills and the ability to build trustful relationships
- Motivation to create & develop the people agenda for a newly created organisation
- Enjoyment in working in an international environment in a diverse organisation and are driven by developing the business development through a strong people focus
- At least 2 - 3 years of experience in a similar position within IKEA
