Our vision is to create a global hub for learning, networking, partnering, and growth across the MSP community.

With a unique blend of festival-style events, digital content, media assets, and peer membership networks, MSP Global aims to redefine how MSPs engage, collaborate, and scale in a fast-moving IT landscape.

**Role Overview**

We are seeking a visionary **Brand Director** to lead the strategic development and execution of the MSP Global brand. This is a senior leadership role responsible for defining and driving a long-term brand strategy that integrates media, content, events and community networking into a cohesive and compelling global proposition.

**Key Responsibilities**
- **Strategic Brand Development**:
Craft and deliver a brand strategy that expands MSP Global from a flagship event into a multi-platform brand with high-value, segmented propositions for MSPs, MSSPs, IT consultants, and enterprise IT buyers.
- **Portfolio & Product Vision**:
Lead development of new content, media, and membership assets, including a membership network — identifying white spaces and aligning product initiatives with clear audience needs and market opportunities.
- **Event Leadership**:
Build upon the success of the PortAventura festival, evolving its positioning, programming, and experience to reinforce MSP Global as _the_ must-attend event for scaled MSPs across Europe. Launch further events, targeting the key markets.
- **Data first operating model**:
Establish a team culture of data-centricity which is used to underpin customer value as well as strategic decision making.
- **Customer & Market Insight**:
Own customer segmentation, market taxonomy and product positioning. Translate audience insight into tailored value propositions across media, events, and community platforms.
- **Cross-functional Leadership**:
Oversee a multidisciplinary brand team (marketing, content, commercial, operations customer success), aligning all activities to the strategic vision and championing cross-team collaboration.
- **M&A Integration**:
Partner with leadership and investor team to evaluate brand fit, articulate value creation plans, and integrate acquired businesses into the MSP Global ecosystem.
- **Brand Governance & Consistency**:
Maintain a consistent brand voice and identity across all channels and assets, ensuring every customer touchpoint reinforces our values and mission. Internally and externally.

**Experience & Skills**:

- 5+ years of experience in senior leadership or strategy roles within marketing services, media, digital content, membership or within the IT channel, MSP, VAR or in a SaaS environment
- Proven success in developing and scaling a brand across digital, live, and community formats.
- Track record of leading cross-functional teams to execute strategic projects and deliver measurable impact.
- Strong understanding of audience segmentation, market analysis, and value proposition design.
- Commercially astute, with experience working alongside sales and product to drive growth and monetisation.
- Exposure to M&A integration a strong plus.
