**HR Business Partner (M/F/d)**:

As a core member of the HR team in the Motion business, you will be in charge of the overall HR contribution and value added to the business. You will partner with the relevant leaders to understand business drivers and the current and long-term strategy, and to identify opportunities for HR to add value to the business. In this role you will translate business goals into HR priorities and ensure effective implementation in partnership with the Centers of Expertise and global business services. This role will be located in Ladenburg/Germany (soon moving to Mannheim/Germany).
**Your responsibilities**:
- Implementing strategy and plans related to organization development, optimal utilization, redeployment and best allocation of people resources
- Driving high performance in Motion, in line with global business performance standards, KPIs, and targets
- Ensuring that people and organizational capabilities required in the medium to long term are clear and acted on
- Support business in M&A and integration units and business projects (including larger ones) at a local level for different Motion sites
- Establishing strong relationships with relevant stakeholders and local works councils, providing assistance and guidance in HR matters
- Interpreting HR analytics data to understand key organizational dynamics, trends and issues, and utilizing findings to specify and carry the relevant actions
**Your background**:
- Several years of experience in Human Resources with first experience as HR Business Partner
- A degree in business administration, psychology or similar or comparable education with relevant professional experience
- An experienced and passionated HR professional who enjoys partnering with management to build a dynamic, thougthful and inclusive work culture
- A creative and collaborative thinker and excellent communicator and organizer who brings a high degree of empathy to working relationships
- A strategic business partner who understands business needs and enable people in the organization to grow and face new challenges
- Fluent in German and English, both written and spoken and willingness to travel
