**Role summary**:
Flowserve is looking for a Sales Support Representative (SSR) in the QRC department. The SSR will report to the Production Supervisor of the Ettlingen site. The SSR will be responsible for processing and dispatching orders. In addition to processing complaints and handling documentation, the responsibilities focus primarily on customer support.
**Your Role**:
- Recording and processing customer orders
- Constant monitoring of orders and customer support
- Order monitoring (coordination) from dispatch to delivery / invoicing
- All order types (KD individual production, stock orders, consignment orders, repair orders, etc.)
- Master data management
- Interface cooperation
- Customer complaints
- Export processing (customs, IHK, preferences etc.)
- Customer order documentation
- Correspondence with our foreign sales departments (intercompany business)
**Your Profile**:
- Completed commercial vocational education (e.g. as an industrial clerk)
- Professional experience in trade or in the manufacturing metal industry
- Flexibility, initiative, ability to work in a team, organizational skills, ability to act responsibly, reliability.
- Knowledge of MS Office, SAP R/3 is an advantage
- Confident knowledge of written and spoken English
- Knowledge of written and spoken German on a native speaker level
