As our Founding Marketer, you will play a key role in building our brand, scaling user acquisition, and driving adoption at an early stage. If you're an entrepreneurial marketing leader who thrives in fast-paced environments, this is your chance to make an outsized impact.

Understands B2B SaaS buyer journeys and can craft compelling messaging for different stakeholders (CTOs, CPOs, Heads of Product).
Loves to experiment with new growth levers—from content and SEO to paid acquisition, and community-building.

Can own and scale the marketing function, from strategy to execution.
Tasks
What You’ll Do
**Define and execute our 0→1 marketing strategy**: Build a scalable, multi-channel approach to acquire and retain customers.
**Own our brand narrative**: Develop compelling messaging that resonates with our ICP (Ideal Customer Profile).
**Drive user acquisition & activation**: Implement and optimize marketing campaigns across paid, organic, and partnership channels.
**Build a community of advocates**: Foster engagement through content, thought leadership, and customer success stories.
**Maximize product launches**: Ensure every feature release is a marketing moment, driving adoption and engagement.
**Experiment & iterate**: Measure, analyze, and refine strategies using data-driven insights.
**Requirements**:
What We’re Looking For
2+ years of experience in B2B SaaS marketing, preferably in an early-stage startup.
Proven track record of successful marketing campaigns that drove user acquisition and revenue growth.
**T-shaped marketer**: Deep expertise in one area (e.g., performance marketing, content, SEO) with a broad understanding of others.
**Technical marketing acumen**: Experience with APIs, integrations, or developer-focused products is a plus.
**Creative mindset**: You can turn complex technical topics into compelling narratives and engaging campaigns.
**Growth-driven**: You move fast, iterate quickly, and have a strong bias toward execution.
Fluent in English & German (8/10+ level).
