At the UnternehmerTUM Academy for Innovators, we find and promote the entrepreneurial potential of individuals who shape our future. Every year we train thousands of students, scientists, leaders and professionals in intensive learning formats - true to our values: transformative, appreciative, sustainable. Our customers and partners are companies, foundations and public funding partners.

**Location**: Garching/Munich
**Type**: full-time or part-time (min. 32h/week)

*Your Tasks:
*
- You will design, deliver and develop customer
- and user-oriented trainings, workshops and educational programs (in German and/or English; including preparation and follow-up) for one or more of our core target groups (innovative students, scientists, founders, and corporate innovators)
- You are ready to take on responsibility for the conception, design and implementation of one or more of our education formats
- You continuously iterate our principles, methods, and tools by looking for new approaches, trying them out and evaluating them
- You support the development of a clearly structured and coherent Talent Journey and find approaches on how we can further scale our offering
- As we would like to complement and expand our team, we are looking for several new colleagues to take on responsibility in one of these areas
- **Hands-on, project-based entrepreneurship courses** for students (e.g. Business Design Sprint, Business Plan Advanced Seminar, or Tech Challenge)
- **Intensive innovation and leadership courses** for the participants of our Manage and More program (e.g. Business Design Deep Dive, Agile Team Lead, Innovation Facilitator)
- **Personality development and coaching education** for (young) professionals (e.g. Entrepreneurial Coaching Lab, Leadership Talent Academy, Trainings for Professionals)

**Your profile**
- You are an experienced user of agile tools and methods from e.g. Design Thinking, Lean Start-up, Business Design, Storytelling, Personality Development, Innovative Leadership, Coaching
- You bring (at least first) professional experience of designing and delivering learning experiences in person, virtually and in blended learning environments
- You are enthusiastic about inspiring others with commitment and creativity
- You are a proactive entrepreneurial thinker and actor
- You bring special skills fitting one of the areas mentioned above (e.g., as a coaching educator, you have experience in the role of a coach, and bring enthusiasm for empowering others by questions instead of answers)
- We would be thrilled to have more experienced founders joining our team
