Affiliate & Influencer Marketing Specialist

**The Marketing department** aims to encourage the world to be as enthusiastic about our products as we are. We have more than twenty different teams with specific areas of focus. Our teams are sharp, highly skilled, and data-driven, focusing on customer acquisition and monetization initiatives.

**Main Responsibilities**:

- Support Country Manager to identify and outreach new potential partners in the Affiliate and Influencer area (research and facilitate cooperations as well as track and report performance);
- Support global Affiliate and Influencer team in nurturing and optimizing the relationship with existing partners;
- Collaborate with other departments and support with local insights to ensure smooth execution of sales and marketing actions;
- Generate innovative ideas for the promotion of our brands and ensure implementation thereof;
- Prepare market and business data and create presentations for internal and external use;
- Stay up to date with industry trends.

**Core Requirements**:

- ** Native speaker level of German and fluent in English** (verbal and written). Other languages are a plus;
- At least 3 years of experience with digital marketing, influencer marketing, affiliate marketing, or SaaS sales;
- Proactive self-starter with strong organizational skills and readiness to learn;
- An active follower of general news and curious about the latest trends in politics, tech developments, sports events, TV and online shows, and pop culture;
- Familiar with the German Social Media landscape, especially Youtube, Instagram, and TikTok;
- Knowledge of Google Workspace is a plus;
- Higher education degree or business degree is a plus;
- Knowledge of digital marketing tools (Google Analytics, SalesForce, Similar Web, etc.) is a plus.
