Join us for a career that changes lives. **A Day in The Life** - Achieve & strive to exceed revenue, margin, & profitability objectives, as well as delivering expected profit results by balancing revenue generation & expense management. - Recruit, hire, train, develop, & manage teams. Actively coach direct reports to meet annual objectives through the development of competent business skills, product knowledge, & market development. - Lead regional opportunity development & opportunity management strategies & activities that translate into accurate monthly, quarterly, & annual projections. - Identify, qualify, prepare, & execute effective sales & marketing strategies that accelerate the existing business & support the close of competitive & revenue growth opportunities. - Collaborate across key internal stakeholder groups, such as Operating Unit leader, finance, sales operations, marketing, Original Equipment Manufacturer etc., as well as peers to identify & address trends & to support business goals & strategy. - Work closely with Group Purchasing Organizations -Management, Strategic account management to ensure that the local requirements, strategy & tactics are seamlessly integrated. - Achieve customer satisfaction for products & services.
