**WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR**:

- You are a student in economics, social sciences, psychology or similar with a focus on human resources
- Ideally, you have already gained some professional experience in the context of an apprenticeship or as a student trainee
- You enjoy working independently and show initiative. You also enjoy communicating with others and organising things
- You are fluent in German and have very good English skills

**YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Your daily tasks include creating job postings and publishing them on various job portals
- You see yourself as a source of ideas for our team building events and help to organise them
- You will support us with your creativity in the creation of employer branding content
- You will be involved in the recruiting process and take part in role plays
