Director of Growth and Online Marketing Channels

We’re looking for a **Director of Growth and Online Marketing Channels** (all genders)** **to join our Central Team and support all Delivery Hero brands globally with advertising strategy, technical implementation, campaign optimization and product partnerships on paid media.

**Your mission**:
- Manage the central Online Marketing channels teams with 20+ people based out of Berlin
- Run campaigns across over 4 continents and 40 countries
- Drive the Delivery Hero Online channels teams to generate more acquisitions and orders via web and app through Google Search, GDN, Apple Search Ads and other regional Search Engines as well all Paid Social and Programmatic/Display networks globally
- Define, own and manage the implementation of Delivery Hero’s Search and Display Marketing strategy through Google, Facebook, Twitter, TikTok etc. products in collaboration with local CMOs and Regional Teams across LatAm, Europe, MENA and APAC
- Work on conceiving and executing OKRs with your teams
- Identify opportunities to scale business, drive automation and increase efficiency
- Innovate through tool development, betas testing and work closely with Tech teams in order to automate manual tasks and increase performance efficiency
- Contribute to correct channel measurement and attribution conducting geo experiments, a/b and incrementality testings
- Build a strong partnership with your stakeholders with all networks (esp. Google and Meta)
- Hold regular presentations to the Central and Regional Marketing Teams and become the ambassador in all public events related to advertising with Digital Networks
**Your heroic skills**:
- You have at least 8+ years of experience in performance marketing
- You have at least 5 years of proven experience leading a large team
- You are an expert with Google Search/Display products, Facebook Advertising and Managed/Self-manager DSPs with ideally a strong focus on app marketing
- You are able to devise and execute a channel strategy throughout all its different phases
- You have an excellent operational understanding of tracking and analytical tools (Google Analytics, GTM, Adjust)
- You can manage several projects from start to end, across several stakeholders
- You have experience influencing senior stakeholders and addressing client needs
- You are a great communicator with a positive attitude to problem-solving
- You are used to working in a diverse and multicultural environment
- You have the right people’s skills to inspire, motivate and have fun with your team
- You are highly proactive, well-organized, analytical and have excellent Excel skills
- You are fluent in English (written & spoken), more languages are a plus
- You thrive in working in a fast-paced environment and are quick to adapt to changes
