Servicenow Platform Architect

**THE ROLE & THE TEAM**:
Zalando is currently undergoing a digital transformation, focusing to accelerate in the area of people experience, workflow automation and services provision to its employees using ServiceNow as the tool to deliver this vision.

As a ServiceNow Platform Architect (all genders) for our ServiceNow Platform you will get the possibility to work on various products within ServiceNow SecOps, ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, custom portal and other self-developed solutions and to further develop them as part of an enterprise implementation project as well as part of the operations team. You'll get to collaborate with highly skilled teams from across the organization to share experiences and create outstanding solutions for one of the most innovative and tech savvy e-commerce companies in Europe.

- You'll keep an overarching view of existing architecture of our Zalando ServiceNow Platform and provide technical advisory
- You'll support in assessment of new demands/requirements and create/review technical solution designs
- You'll provide expert-level support and technical mentoring to the platform team
- You'll contribute in establishing governance processes and guidelines for the ServiceNow platform
- You'll help in driving ServiceNow upgrades from a technical perspective and keep yourself current on the new platform features and functionalities
- You'll collaborate with multiple interdisciplinary teams within Zalando to understand the business context and create scalable solutions

**WE'D LOVE TO MEET YOU IF**:

- You have a deep knowledge of ServiceNow with several years of experience working as a ServiceNow Architect
- You have a hands on experience in consulting & implementing two or more products of ServiceNow (ITSM, HRSD, SecOps, ITOM, ITAM, SPM, Custom Apps, IntegrationHub etc)
- You have experience in integrating ServiceNow with other systems
- You have experience in designing and setting up a CMDB
- You have experience with frameworks like ITIL, Agile and with web technologies like JavaScript, AngularJS, HTML, and CSS etc.
- You have excellent communication, verbal, written and presentation skills in English. German is a plus.
