**Your Tasks**:
- Assistance in building auditing skills in the field of governance auditing
- Participation in standard audits (e.g. financial and operational audits)
- Participation in the planning and execution of governance audits with a focus on anti-corruption audits
- Participation in integrated audit teams with a focus on assessing the adequacy of internal controls
- Development of recommendations to improve control effectiveness and compliance and business process effectiveness
- Collaboration with the governance functions compliance, ICS, and risk management in the establishment and continual update of risk-based audit plans
**Requirements**:
- Several years of professional experience in the internal audit of a worldwide corporation and/or a BIG4 auditing company
- Comfortable with Microsoft Office products and revision software (TeamMate)
- Additional training as a Certified Internal Auditor and/or Certified Fraud Examiner is preferred.
- Knowledge of international governance/compliance regulations (e.g., the FCPA, the UK Bribery Act), related legislation (e.g., the AktG, the BGB), and a basic understanding of international accounting and accounting regulations is desirable.
- SAP FI/CO and data analysis tools (ACL, IDEA) knowledge is beneficial.
- Strong analytical thinking and judgement paired with a methodical and goal-oriented way of working
- Intercultural competency and strong communication skills mixed with a confident, binding, and competent appearance at various hierarchical levels
