WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?
WHAT WILL YOU WORK ON?
If this is you, you’ll be responsible for but not limited to:
- Lead and implement the Sports Marketing gender/dimension strategy as it relates to Training & Yoga
- Focus on efforts to seek, sign, serve and manage a diverse portfolio of individual endorsements and partnerships
- Ensure Sports Marketing assets are leveraged as an integral part of seasonal marketing initiatives, collaborating with Geo Product & Brand to ensure Trainers are supplied with appropriate seasonal product
- Leverage and manage Trainer relationships in your city to drive business growth, including implementing day-to-day asks of Trainers and ensuring contract terms are upheld
- Aligning with Global teams to ensure a consistent approach to managing Trainer relationships, product seeding strategies, and process
- Multi-functional key partner engagement: Drive alignment across key dimensions, brand comms, and products. You are a key collaborator who represents Sports Marketing cross-functionally, where you will work with Marketing and Product teams to drive business priorities.
- Serve as the product expert and contact for Trainers to garner insights and story tell our key products to help Trainers evangelize our priority products
- Staying the pulse of local Fitness trends, and elevating key Trainer and industry insights
- Surfacing innovative ways to offer an outstanding service proposition
WHO WILL YOU WORK WITH?
You will be supporting the Sports Marketing Directors of Performance and work alongside: Global, Geo, and City Sports Marketing teams, as well as Geo Brand and Product teams and other key business partners.
WHAT YOU BRING TO NIKE:
- Extensive experience in Marketing, Sport/Fitness, and/or a combination of relevant education, experience and training or any other related field
- Strong connections in the local Fitness ecosystem and expertise
- Expertise and passion for Training and a strong curiosity about the science behind the 5 facets of fitness (Nutrition, Mentality, Recovery, Sleep, Training) and digital training services
- Proven track record in directly leading talent relationships and/or sports partnerships and surface insights to advise brand and business plans in a professional environment
- Experience influencing leadership, teams, and functional counterparts to get results in a balanced way, serving our consumers and partners, while engaging and growing our Trainers in a safe and people-first environment
- Strong organizational and time leadership skills and ability to work toward simultaneous timelines in a fast-paced work environment
