Voluntary Carbon Market Sales Trader

**Company Profile**:

Our sourcing and trading desk is looking for a bold trader who has experience in the energy and carbon markets and is eager to grow with us.
**Key Responsibilities Include**:
- Build your own customer portfolio and expand the existing one worldwide
- Research and analyse the voluntary carbon market continuously
- Negotiate deals, execute transactions and trade agreements
- Develop strong business relationships with your key accounts
- Collect data from clients for KYC, DD and legal documentation
- Represent the company at trade events/industry forums
**Specific Requirements**:
- A relevant university degree (or similar)
- Relevant professional experience as carbon offset trader
- Fluent in German and English
- Self-motivated and engaged for the mitigation of the climate crisis
- Team player with an independent, result-driven approach
- Strong analytic skills and attention to detail
**Required start date**:
Upon agreement
