Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field (postgraduate qualification will be advantageous).
- Experience in warehouse, logistics, or transactional systems highly beneficial.
- Previous exposure to enterprise integration projects.
- Knowledge of**APIs and system monitoring tools.

**BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF KEY PERFORMANCE AREAKEY PERFORMANCE AREA**

Business Engagement & Solution Design
- Consult with business stakeholders to identify opportunities for process improvements and technology-enabled efficiencies.

Application Ownership & Vendor Management
- Monitor vendor performance and enforce SLAs.

Systems Architecture & Integration
- Work closely with the Enterprise Architect to ensure Scale’s solutions align with Amrod’s enterprise IT architecture.
- Ensure seamless integration of Scale into Amrod’s transactional process flow and broader business systems ecosystem with close collaboration with the Solutions Architect, PMO and QA team.

Support & Continuous Improvement
- Identify recurring issues, propose permanent fixes, and reduce business downtime.
- Stay current with industry best practices and recommend relevant technologies or enhancements.
