**Deine Aufgaben**:

- Beratung und Betreuung per Telefon, E-Mail und (Video)-Chat von Kund:innen in Deutschland, Österreich und der Schweiz an unserem Bürostandort in Fulda
- Auftragsbearbeitung in unserem E-Commerce System
- Bearbeitung von Rücksendungen und Reklamationen
- Kommunikation mit Transportdienstleistern
- System
- und Datenpflege

**Du bringst mit**:

- Sehr gute Sprachkenntnisse in Deutsch, gute Sprachkenntnisse in Englisch
- Absolute Kunden
- und Serviceorientierung
- Hohe Kommunikations
- und Teamfähigkeit
- Hohes Maß an Selbstorganisation und gutes Zeitmanagement
- Begeisterung für stetige Verbesserung von Prozessen
- Gute IT Benutzer-Kenntnisse
