Werkstudent in(W/m/d) Business Continuity Management

**Your tasks**:
Our Business Continuity Management (BCM) process aims to ensure, that EEX and ECC - as regulated and trusted institutions - are well-prepared for various kinds of emergencies. To fulfil this goal, BCM specialists work with all parts of the organization, with a specific focus on mission critical processes and departments.
As a Working Student with our Business Analysis & Resilience team you will support the identification and assessment of mission critical processes and assets. You will assist with the creation and verification of contingency plans and support the team in fulfilling project commitments. Your eagerness to learn and share and your willingness to collaborate with a diverse range of colleagues from various backgrounds will help you make a valuable contribution to the resilience of our company.

**You bring along**:
- Willingness to work at the intersection of functional business areas, regulation, and information technology in the Energy and Financial Markets sector
- Experience in using Microsoft productivity and collaboration Tools (Office Suite, MS Teams,)
- Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, fluent in German and English; eager to learn and share
- Able to tackle several projects simultaneously and within a dynamic, fast-paced, and growing organizatio
