For our regional headquarter in Düsseldorf we are looking for a well-rounded & experienced HR Business Partner to support the Corporate Functions.

This is both a strategic and hands-on role which is critical in executing our HR strategy & mission and acting as true HR Business Partner for leaders and employees in our HQ in Germany and in close communication with our LIXIL headquarter in Japan.

**Main Tasks**
- Provide independent support to employees and managers
- Actively participate in the transformation of the HR organization
- Identify and develop talent with COE support
- Participate in local and international change management projects
- Partner with the works councils
- Ensure compliance with local labour legislation and internal processes
- Strengthen the corporate culture and employer brand

**Competencies**
- Completed business, legal or psychological studies
- At least 5 years experience as HR business partner
- Experienced in and passionate about an operational and hands-on working environment
- Robust knowledge of labour law and employment relations
- Experience in project management
- Strong internal and external customer service focus
- Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills to thrive in an agile and empowered environment
- Ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously - orientated on results
- Business fluent in German and English
