As a Finance Business Partner, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining financial and accounting procedures that support the performance of our finance team as well as partnering the MD DACH and the wider DACH business in the annual budget and forecasting process, ROI management, and operational resilience while providing analytical insights and being a trusted adviser to the team. Reporting to the FP&A Director EMEA, this position is part of a dynamic team that works in a fast-paced matrix environment where keen attention to detail and the ability to establish strong partnerships with cross-functional teams is crucial to success. **Here are some of the exciting things you'll get to do** - Responsibility for the reviewing of commercial performance from a top line, gross margin and full P&L perspective - Support business planning by providing financial analysis and modelling - Identify and measure key success drivers both internally and externally and how they impact the P&L - Providing finance and business support to the DACH team - Work with non - finance managers to drive the budgeting process - Supporting the management of all expense planning and reporting through a period of exceptional sales and category growth - Supporting the development and implementation of best financial practices - Informing the financial forecasting, budgeting and actuals process - Ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures - Contributing to ad hoc projects as required as part of the overall finance and marketing functions - Create models, analysis and presentations that condense complex topics into actionable information **Key Projects / Areas of Highlight** - Financial partner to functional breakthrough projects - Serve as trusted advisor to the marketing team - Trusted business partner capable of making positive impacts - Ability to dig into the details **Here are some of the things you'll bring** - Bachelor's degree required - German Level B2-C2 competency - Minimum of 7-10 years of relevant work experience in Finance/Accounting - Previous experience with budgeting and analysis - Proven analytical, organizational, and business partnership skills - Demonstrated ability to multi-task and be detail oriented with respect to ensuring deadlines are met without creating any negative impact to internal clients - Advanced Microsoft Office skills required, especially the need to have exceptional modeling skills in Excel LI-HYBRID - At SharkNinja, Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion are vital to our global success.
