The Global Talent Acquisition Head will be responsible for driving Siemens’ global talent acquisition strategy in support of our company's continued growth and transformation while strengthening the TA performance globally.

You are an effective, collaborative, and influential Talent Acquisition leader with an outstanding track record in the talent acquisition space of complex matrix organizations and direct exposure in various geographies. You possess strong operational leadership skills, the ability to influence within an ecosystem, and the expertise to drive global change.

You will inspire the TA team, drive change at the right pace, and foster a performance-driven culture rooted in accountability, collaboration, and value-based leadership across Siemens.

**As the Global Talent Acquisition Head, you will drive**:

- Evolve a company-wide, cohesive, and efficient recruiting strategy that meets the unique and often nuanced needs of our heterogeneous business portfolio, and in strong alignment with our People & Organization (P&O) strategy 2030.
- Lead the transformation of the Talent Acquisition function in collaboration with all involved stakeholders, including business leaders.
- Provide strategic direction and seamless execution of the company's global talent acquisition strategy from entry-level to experienced hiring. Deliver insights into general hiring trends across multiple disciplines within the marketplace.
- Build and nurture strong, credible relationships within the P&O leadership team, the broader P&O organization, senior business leaders, and other critical stakeholders across Siemens. Align on opportunities and synergies to enhance Siemens' overall talent mission. Act as a trusted advisor and strategic expert.
- Develop and implement a TA operating model that effectively attracts diverse top talent, including future tech capabilities, to meet Siemens' recruitment demands.
- Analyze relevant data and trends to inform, set, and implement recruiting strategies and tactics to meet hiring goals.
- Build, extend, and leverage external networks and ecosystems to adapt to changing environments. Provide expertise in identifying, evaluating, and negotiating with third-party vendors to enhance recruitment efforts.
- Evaluate and manage the talent acquisition budget and operating plan on an annual and real-time basis.

**Your success is grounded in**:

- Deep expertise in different Talent Acquisition set-ups, with a track record of leading large-scale global P&O functions.
- Experience in building and empowering the first-line leadership team of Talent Acquisition function to drive effectiveness.
- Strong ability to align resources and teams with a clear vision and purpose while driving results in execution, cost, and service.
- Demonstrated success in leading transformation within a complex talent acquisition field.
- Ability to strategically influence, motivate, and inspire global, diverse, high-performing teams across 150+ locations.
- Proven ability to lead effectively in a complex matrix organization, collaborating across the broader P&O Ecosystem, business units, and regional and country management.
- Strong strategic thinking and operational execution capabilities within an ecosystem setup.
- Business acumen, exceptional communication, and strong influencing skills.
- Extensive international and cross-country experience.
- A fast learner and decisive leader with an analytical mindset and excellent problem-solving skills.

We are open to discussing and offering this role as a part-time option. Regarding the location, we are flexible in alignment with our business setup and headquarters' time zone.
