**Responsibilities**:
Customer service with passion: You are the direct contact person for our customers and ensure that their needs are always in focus.
Efficient order processing: With your know-how in SAP/ERP systems, you can process customer orders and delivery schedules precisely and on time.
Optimized demand planning: Through regular demand planning meetings with customers, you can smooth out peaks in demand and ensure a smooth supply chain.
Strategic agreements: You negotiate volume and fixation agreements to strengthen long-term customer relationships and keep the company on a growth trajectory.
Proactive monitoring: With a trained eye for detail, you can keep an eye on the development of demand in the ERP system and take appropriate measures immediately in the event of deviations.
Effective communication: You are the bridge between customers and internal teams to avoid supply shortages and ensure a smooth supply chain.
Continuous improvement: Through detailed BI evaluations of delivery performance and active participation in optimization projects, you contribute to increasing efficiency and improving quality.
Qualifications:
Degree in business administration, materials engineering, or comparable commercial training.
Several years of professional experience in the field of supply chain management, ideally with knowledge of production planning and customer management.
Fluency in German and English is required, other foreign languages are an advantage
Confident handling of SAP/ERP systems.
Knowledge of production planning and LEAN methods is an advantage.
An analytical mindset, structured way of working and the ability to work in a team are essential for this position. A hands-on mentality and reliability round off your profile.
