**So unterstützt Du uns**:

- Die kaufmännische und gesamtverantwortliche Führung der witura
- Die eigenständige, proaktive und zukunftsorientierte Entwicklung und Umsetzung der Unternehmensstrategie
- Die Entwicklung der Bereiche Solar im Gebäudebereich, sowie energetischer Neubau und Modernisierung
- Das aktive Gestalten, Pflegen und Ausbauen von Netzwerken, sowie Chancen
- und Risikomanagement
- Die engagierte, empathische und motivierende Mitarbeiterführung inkl. Entwicklung

**Dein bisheriges Profil**:

- Du verfügst über einen Hochschulabschluss in BWL, als Wirtschaftsingenieur, oder einem vergleichbaren Gebiet
- Du hast ein technisches Verständnis und kannst technischen Sachverhalten folgen
- Du hast Erfahrung im Umgang mit Mitarbeitenden und schaffst eine kooperative Team
- und Führungskultur
- Du bist intrinsisch motiviert Teil der Energiewende zu sein und möchtest deine Vision in einem nachhaltigen Unternehmen verwirklichen
- Du denkst unternehmerisch und hast eine hohe soziale Kompetenz durch Vorbildwirkung
- Du verfügst über eine ausgeprägte Kommunikationsfähigkeit, Kreativität in der Aufgabenlösung sowie Abschlussstärke
