Key Responsibilities
- Assist in fleet management, staff accommodation coordination, and general administrative tasks.
- Monitor and maintain office stock levels
- Ensure purchase invoices are VAT-compliant and liaise with the Finance Department as required.
- Support communication with clients, landlords/landladies, and suppliers in collaboration with the Business Administrator.
- Assist in collecting and processing credit card and fuel card receipts.
- Coordinate the administration of staff timesheets and expense claims.
- Provide administrative support to Project Managers and the Company Management Board when needed.
- Undertake general secretarial and office duties as required.

Essential Criteria:

- Proficiency in German and English (minimum B2 level).
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to work independently.
- Ability to manage and meet deadlines in a dynamic environment.
- Demonstrated ability to work both collaboratively as part of a team and independently.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 programmes

Desirable Criteria:

- Previous experience in an administrative or clerical role.

Working Hours
- Full-time, permanent position (40 hours per week)
- Standard hours: Monday to Friday, 8 hours per day, core hours are between 0700 & 1800
