**Accelerate your career**:During the event, you will visit our headquarters and take part in our Recruiting Day. You'll have the opportunity to showcase your skills in up to two case study interviews, which could lead to a job offer. In just three days, you will be on the fast track to launching your consulting career.

**Your profile**:

- You are currently enrolled in the final year of a Master’s program, pursuing a PhD or MBA, or a young professional who has already completed a Master’s degree with an outstanding academic record.
- You have already gained some basic hands-on experience in the international arena - providing you with initial insights into the consulting sector and/or energy industry.
- You are inspired by business challenges and enjoy solving complex problems for the benefit of society.
- You speak fluent English and German (at least B2) and are highly communicative within a team.
