**Your Tasks**
- Provide operational support for learning and development programs.
- Monitor nomination processes for management trainings and consolidate training data at the RTL Group level.
- Ensure talent management related data are up-to-date in the HR IT system.
- Support implementation process of the Employee Survey at Group level.
- Provide support in organizing Corporate Centre learning and development events (e.g. Orientation days).
- Prepare reports and presentations and assure HR related administrative tasks as required in relation to HR projects.
- Support, when necessary, the onboarding process of the Corporate Centre new hires.

**Your Profile**
- Completion of at least four semesters of your undergraduate studies in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a comparable study program, ideally with a focus on human resources.
- Relevant experience through internships in a Human Resources position.
- Outstanding analytical capabilities, detail orientation, structured and solution-oriented mindset with a high degree of reliability and discretion.
- Strong commitment and team player mentality.
- Fluency in English, a good command of German language is an advantage
