As a System Administrator at LeanIX you are responsible for providing a reliable IT work environment for our global organization.
You implement smart solutions, integrate our systems, keep them running and automate processes, supporting the business and helping us grow.
System Administrator (f/m/d)
Connected remote and based in Bonn, Germany or based in Ljubljana, Slovenia
WHAT IS WAITING FOR YOU?
- You will be responsible for managing our Microsoft365 cloud services
- Global identity management, mainly the design and management of central directory and authentication systems (Microsoft Azure, Okta)
- You will provide 2nd level user support for incidents escalated from IT Support
- Be part of the evaluation, implementation and maintenance of new products and software solutions
- As part of our team you will design, implement and maintain the technical office infrastructure (conference room setups, AV technology, etc.) incl. network infrastructure
WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?
- Min of 3 years of relevant professional experience, a degree with a focus on Computer Science preferred
- Demonstrated management experience of Azure AD and Microsoft 365
- Experience with a mobile device management system such as Microsoft Intune or JAMF
- Administrative skills with Okta, Slack or Atlassian products (Confluence & Jira) is a plus
- Networking skills (subnetting, VLAN, VPN, etc.)
- Scripting experience, preferably PowerShell
- Experience with Apple technologies preferred
- Willingness to grow with our company, a high-growth environment, with dynamic and fast processes
- Good command of the English language, written and spoken
