You will work for our Connect tribe, which builds and operates interconnected shopping platforms for our B2B partners (e.g. CNN, Elpais, Business Insider, Focus Online, DailyMail, Microsoft, etc.). Connect aspires to be “the customer's easy, fair, and caring shopping partner from discovery to purchase”. We focus on helping consumers to make the best purchasing decision through shopping recommendations, product comparisons, reviews, deals, and coupons. The tribe traces its origins back to 2012 and operates across 21 markets in Europe, North America, APAC, and Latin America.

We are currently looking for a Senior Controller / Senior Group Accountant (M/F/d) to join our Controlling team in our office in Munich. Amongst many exciting challenges, you will:

- Contribute to IFRS monthly reporting to investors and debt providers
- Participate in IFRS transformation for newly acquired and existing group companies
- Contribute to the preparation of external group consolidated reporting, including financial statements and management reporting
- Communicate with development teams on internally generated IP within the scope of IAS 38
- Perform ad-hoc analytical verifications on the Group level to improve reporting quality
- Support in external audit process
- Drive improvements in accounting processes, internal workflows and the implementation of best practices

We are a match if you have...
- BSc or MSc in Business Administration, Financial Reporting or similar
- 3+ years experience within Big-4 or IFRS reporting
- ACCA/CPA is a plus
- Excellent cross-department communication skills and the ability to solve unforeseen problems logically and strategically
- International (IFRS) accounting knowledge, IAS 38 knowledge a plus
- Knowledge of ERP Microsoft Dynamics Navision is a plus
- Fluent English level required, other languages are a plus
