Zur Verstärkung unseres Teams suchen wir (angehende) Professionals am Standort Hamburg, die uns in der Produkt
- und Kundenentwicklung sowie der Operationalisierung der Mandatsbeziehungen unterstützen möchten.
Wir suchen Menschen mit Kompetenz, Ideen, Initiative sowie dem Willen und Bedürfnis, in kleinen und hochqualifizierten Teams viel gestalten und Erfolge direkt sehen zu können.
**Ihre Aufgaben und Gestaltungsmöglichkeiten. Sie...**:
- unterstützen bei der Konzeption neuer Produkte und Produktionsverfahren und gestalten
' damit das Geschäftsmodell mit
unterstützen bei der Aktualisierung und Weiterentwicklung der Vertragsstruktur, den
Vertragsinhalten und den damit verbundenen Prozessen
unterstützen beim Onboarding neuer Mandanten oder neuer Produkte bis zum Übergang in
den laufenden Betrieb
unterstützen bei der Sicherstellung der Erstellung und Pflege von erforderlichen
Dokumenten und Richtlinien im Einklang mit den vertraglichen Vorgaben
geben den Fachbereichen Hilfestellung bei der Operationalisierung von neuen Verträgen
und Vertragsanpassungen und überwachen sowie steuern die Prozesseinhaltung und
sichern so die Einhaltung der Verträge
unterstützen im Bereich des Unternehmenscontrollings und gestalten die Leistungsmessung
aktiv mit
**Ihr Profil: Sie verfügen über folgende Qualitäten und Kompetenzen, nämlich über**:
- ein abgeschlossenes Studium der Betriebswirtschaftlehre, der Rechtswissenschaft oder des
Wirtschaftsrechts
die ausgeprägte Fähigkeit, Sachverhalte hinsichtlich ihrer betriebswirtschaftlichen,
rechtlichen und praktischen Dimension einzuordnen
unternehmerisches Denken und Handeln
ein Verständnis für geschäftliche Zusammenhänge hinsichtlich der Weiterentwicklung und
Neugestaltung von Geschäftsmodellen
ein freundliches Auftreten in Verbindung mit Kommunikations
- und Durchsetzungsstärke
sicheren Umgang mit Vertragsinhalten
sehr gute Kenntnisse der Microsoft Office-Produkte
präzise, disziplinierte Arbeitsweise und interdisziplinäre sowie lösungsorientierte Denkweise
