As **Team Lead Social Media Instagram Germany** you will shape the strategy of our biggest Social Media channel - Instagram. In this important role at the heart of our Social Media team, you will lead and develop an ambitious and dynamic team to successfully run our Instagram presence for the German market. This position is unlimited.

**WHAT YOU'LL DO**
- driving and developing the strategy for our biggest Social Media channel - Instagram - counting almost 2 million followers in Germany
- leading and developing a talented and dynamic team of 5 Social Media Managers, who are operationally running our Instagram channel, from feed over stories, community management etc.
- pushing the channel to next level by identifying new growth opportunities and bringing your knowledge of latest trends and technologies to the table
- analyzing the organic Social Media performance, measuring effectiveness, and reporting regularly on results with clear, actionable insights
- partnering closely with other departments such as Sales, Influencer Marketing, Product Marketing to ensure that our Social Media presence fits into our overall strategy and represents our offering

**YOU COME WITH**
- 3+ years of substantial experience in a leading Social Media role, preferably in an interior, fashion or lifestyle company
- strong leadership personality with first experience in leading creative teams
- highly analytical and strategic skills
- passion for social media, expert knowledge in your field and, a good eye for aesthetics and a feeling for the latest (interior) trends
- fluent German and English languages skills
