Delivery Hero is looking for a Paid Social Lead, Europe (all genders) to work directly within our Regional Performance Marketing team. Delivery Hero Europe consists of 8 different organizations and is led by a regional leadership team out of Berlin. Delivery Hero’s businesses in Europe are growing rapidly and occupy leading positions.
**Your mission**:
- You support building the strategy for all paid social channels (Meta, Snapchat, TikTok, YouTube, Twitter)
- You own a large paid social media budget for all European markets.
- You drive budget allocation between channels to increase ROI.
- You support the PS team by creating a clear plan.
- You are not afraid to deepdive into the marketing campaigns and challenge team members if needed.
- You prioritize tasks to make sure that the team is focusing on activities that will deliver the best outcomes.
- You build a creative strategy to support innovative and awesome campaigns
- You are in contact with local markets to support them with their local strategies
**Your heroic skills**:
- You’ve gained 5 years of professional experience within paid social marketing.
- You managed campaigns for ideally at least 2 of the following channels (Meta, Snapchat, TikTok, YouTube, Twitter)
- You developed app acquisition expertise, and ideally supported brand campaigns as well
- You have a university degree in marketing, business, economics, management, engineering or similar field
- Optionally, but would be a great plus, you have used tools like Smartly and Adjust
- You understand attribution models and their limitations
- You understand how to hire, motivate, and retain a team.
- You are used to breaking down complex problems into a clear structure
- You are used to producing business analysis that the firm can rely on
- You are a great communicator, highly motivated, with a hands-on mentality
- You have lead projects, instructed teams and managed various stakeholders
- You are curious and interested in the latest trends & technologies
- You are data-driven and understand automation principles
- You thrive in a challenging fast-paced environment
- You can have fun at work and don’t take yourself too seriously
