**Global Logistics Requirements Specialist (M/F/d)**

**YOUR TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Identify actual and future logistics requirements for Bayer PH / CH supply chains
- Review warehouse & transport (W&T) set-ups in PH / CH
- Drive changes and new requirements within PH / CH warehouse & transport set-ups
- Engage in decision making for new logistics set-ups (e. g. for new CMOs and new sites) with PH and CH SCM organizations
- Define standard processes on the interface between PH / CH SCM organization and GWT operational teams
- Support operational teams in implementing and documenting standards and thereby improving operational efficiency
- Lead logistics workstream on PH / CH launch projects (onboarding new CMOs and new sites)
- Develop deep insights in overall logístical framework within CH and PH business
- Build-up x-functional know-how and ensure x-functional and x-divisional collaboration on logistics topics and projects
- Engage and collaborate with SCM communities in PH and CH as well as W&T Procurement
- Take-on recurring operational escalations, define and implement solutions on tactical and strategy level
- Research and analyze logistics innovation / cutting-edge logistics technology and engage in warehouse & transport innovation projects

**WHO YOU ARE**
- University degree in business, logistics, supply chain or related
- Long-term logistics experience with global exposure in the logistics industry, with a shipper, the pharmaceutical, consumer health or FMCG industry
- Solid understanding of logistics and supply chain processes
- Excellent communication and decision-making skills to build and maintain good working relationships across the global organization
- Proven project management expertise incl. management of x-functional project teams from set-up until implementation
- Proven ability to work on complex problems
- Strong leadership skills specifically cross functional influencing skills on complex issues/challenges
- Proven ability to exercise judgment within broadly defined practices and policies in selecting methods, techniques and evaluation criteria for obtaining results
- Proven ability to ensure schedules and performance requirements are met
- Demonstrates integrity and firm commitment to company values
- Fluent in English and German, both written and spoken

**This is a limited position for the duration of 24 months.**
