**What you'll be doing**:

- Conduct in-depth analyses using Looker and Excel to understand and interpret operational OKRs.
- Provide consultancy and support to local operations teams with data-driven insights.
- Regularly engage with management and actively contribute to strategic decision-making processes.
- Prepare clear and concise reports for upper management; present findings in meetings and highlight relevant points to respective departments.
- Interpret OKRs to identify root causes of operational issues in German cities.
- Support the daily business with a hands-on, solution-oriented approach.
- Support in Courier Onboardings from time to time.

- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
- A hands-on mentality and proactive approach to challenges.
- Fluent English skills, both written and verbal.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to communicate complex insights effectively.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.
- High attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
- A proactive attitude towards problem-solving and continuous improvement.

**Great to have**:

- Proficiency in SQL
- Looker/Snowflake experience
