Bearbeitung von 1st
- und 2nd-Level-Supportanfragen über Telefon, E-Mail und das Ticketsystem
Schnittstelle zwischen Kunden, Vertrieb, Produktmanagement sowie unserer Entwicklungsabteilung
Unterstützung von Vertriebsmitarbeitern vor Ort
Problemidentifikation, Fehleranalyse und Lösungssuche
Aufbau und Begleitung kundenspezifischer Applikationen und Messaufgaben
Planung und Durchführung von Trainings und Schulungen

**Ihr Profil**:
Abgeschlossenes Studium oder Berufsausbildung im Bereich Elektro-/ Nachrichtentechnik oder vergleichbarer Abschluss
Ausgeprägte IT-Affinität
Erfahrung in den Bereichen elektronische Messtechnik, Fahrzeug-Bussysteme und/oder Kfz-Elektronik ist von Vorteil
Fähigkeit, komplexe Themen schnell zu verstehen, um Problemlösungen herbeizuführen
Hohes Maß an Eigeninitiative, Team
- und Kommunikationsfähigkeit sowie Freude an kollegialer Zusammenarbeit
Selbstständiges Arbeiten, Flexibilität, Reisebereitschaft
Sehr gute Deutsch
