**Site Supervisor**

The opportunity has arisen to join an industry leader in UK’s _Building Services providers. _We design, develop, and deliver a wide range of offsite-prefabricated, innovative and sustainable building service solutions throughout the UK & Europe.

Alternative Heat specialises in the design, supply, and installation of a wide range of Prefabricated energy solutions, typically built in NI and shipped throughout the UK & Europe. We also offer turnkey design, build & operate solutions for commercial energy centers and large-scale district heating solutions and have experience with successfully procuring and delivering many similar packages to a wide range of public bodies throughout UK & Europe.

**Job Summary**

We are currently seeking self-motivated and enthusiastic individuals who are competent in supervising and overseeing the works and processes onsite across the installation of Data Centre’s.

**Job Title Site Supervisor.**

**Location Frankfurt.**

**Hours 7.00am - 6.00pm Monday - Thursday, 7.00am - 4.00pm Friday, 7.00am - 2.00pm Saturday.**

**Salary Competitive depending on experience**

**Responsible to Site Manager/Project Manager**

**Closing Date Open**

**Travel Requirements/Working Pattern 4 weeks on - 1 week off**

**Core Responsibilities of role**:

- Liaise with the project site manager to establish project requirements.
- Read and fully understand the construction drawings for each project.
- Ensure company H&S policies & procedures are adhered to onsite.
- Ensure company weld procedures are adhered to onsite.
- Liaise regularly with site manager in relation to labour resources.
- Provide weekly progress reports on the project.
- Ensuring the project progresses in a timely manner and in accordance with project programs.
- Supervise and schedule employees & subcontractors’ workload accordingly.
- Maintaining quality control procedures.
- Deliver/complete site inductions, toolbox talks, safety inspections.
- Ensure compliance with overall site safety.
- Ensure company waste management procedures are adhered to onsite.
- Set a personal example to all personnel onsite.
- Attend Daily Dabs and H&S Site Meetings.

**Essential Criteria**:

- Previous experience working in the Data Centre environment.
- Computer skills, including the ability to operate Microsoft Office & Excel.
- Organise a structured approach to your work.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage a varied portfolio of work.
- Good attendance and timekeeping record.
- Good interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated and enthusiastic with the ability to motivate colleagues, whilst maintaining a high level of productivity.
- The ability to operate Field view and 4Projects would be considered highly advantageous.
