We are looking for a reliable and proactive **Site & Facilities Coordinator** to support our new client location in **Dresden.**
The site currently consists of container-based offices used during the early phases of a construction project.
You will be responsible for **supervising the cleaning team onsite** and providing** day-to-day support**with light office and facilities tasks. This includes maintaining a clean and welcoming environment, assisting with basic supply ordering, and being a friendly point of contact for our client and their teams.

We work with some of Europe’s largest retail, office, and industrial brands to create exceptional environments for both staff and customers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate the daily work of the onsite cleaning team
- Act as the main contact between CCS Cleaning and the client team onsite
- Order and manage supplies such as coffee, cleaning materials, and office essentials
- Help coordinate equipment or hardware orders when needed
- Maintain positive working relationships with everyone on site
- Report issues or special requests to the CCS operations team
- Ensure a clean, organized, and well-functioning work environment
Qualifications And Skills:
- Fluent English communication skills; good German is a strong advantage
- Experience in cleaning supervision or facility coordination is a plus
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- A positive, friendly attitude and good people skills
- Reliable, self-motivated, and able to work independently
