All kinds of stories and more to come, everyday. **About the Job** We are looking for a Senior Agile Delivery Lead responsible for planning, estimation, execution and communication of product delivery, primarily assigned to one or several Business Value Initiatives. Within their assigned Business Value Initiatives, Agile Delivery Leads work on larger product initiatives and big bets that require coordination between several engineering teams within and/or across value streams as well as other departments of the business. **Opportunities to make an impact - what you do**: - You work closely together with Product, Tech, UI/UX and Design to help build and drive the product roadmap - You drive the delivery of major features and consumer value by planning, prioritising and coordinating the delivery and release of these complex cross-team engineering initiatives - Predictability & Capacity is one of your primary focal points, you will be adept at understanding how multiple teams performance will affect the delivery of features and won’t be afraid of using this information to help optimise flow - You identify and take care of bottlenecks and impediments that block teams progress and you can turn around impediments quickly and know how to navigate the organisation to do so - You will need to drive topics end to end - You will make sure the feature/ delivery/ goal/ sprint goal is on time and is built to an appropriate level of quality - You negotiate scope and manage trade-offs for delivery and cost/benefit process improvement decisions - You ensure technical debt is being managed - You promote and support agile practices within your team(s) and help the team to continuously deliver value and continuously improve - You are data-driven and can easily provide team progress insights for different groups of stakeholder - You know the right metrics and KPIs to use in different scenarios to reflect issues that need resolving and regularly use these metrics to applaud good collaboration and teamwork - You must be an active member of the agile community within Joyn and participate in continuous improvement within this discipline across the whole company **What we are looking for**: - You are a leader with a strong agile mindset who influences teams across the organisation and goes beyond the standard Agile, Scrum, Kanban, XP, Scrumban textbook examples - In your role, communication and flexibility is key.
